SASPHERE — March aerial sweep over Nanakramguda

February — slab pour on level 42

Concrete pour completed for the 42nd-floor slab. Mock-up apartment finishes are now under installation in the show-home wing at Kokapet.

SASPHERE — February progress overview

Core completion proceeding ahead of schedule. Building-systems installation (Siemens, Honeywell, Bosch) underway across the lower podium floors.

January — show-home opens at Kokapet

Show-home wing for prospective residents now open by appointment. Aedas-designed lobby experience and a fully fit-out 4-BHK reference apartment available to walk through.

January — structural milestone, level 24

Structural pour completed up to level 24. Arup peer review on track for the next milestone set. Experience-centre opening at Nanakramguda announced for Q2.
